Multitask is committed to providing opportunities in learning and development for all staff. Continuous improvement can only be achieved by ensuring that employees are exposed to training in aspects of the disability industry, their career and personal development. Our staff are encouraged to expand and develop their knowledge and skills to better support clients and Educators.
Safety training such as Manual Handling & WHS is offered to all employees on commencement. We provide paid days of induction to new staff. Where possible, we support relevant tertiary courses for our employees and may provide study leave or flexible working arrangements.
For Disability Services, core training covering the skill areas of a Support Worker role such as PART are delivered throughout the year.
