Respite Carer

Multitask can support you to take time out that allows you to do other things. This will also help your son or daughter to explore other interests and meet people.

We do this by providing purposefully designed activities and clubs for your child to participate in.

This respite gives you a chance  to catch up with friends,      attend appointments or just have a break.

Who is Eligible?

This service is available to you if you are a parent carer aged 60 or over, or Indigenous parent carers aged 50 or over and receiving Carer Allowance, caring for a son or daughter aged 25 years or over who receives the Disability Support Pension.

This service is funded and so would incur only a minimal charge for some activities.
