CEO Media Release

Multitask’s Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Jody Cheetham to the Chief Executive Officer position. Jody replaces Graham Mapstone, who announced his intention to retire earlier this year.

John Howard, Chair of the Board, said, “Jody brings substantial experience and skills to the role. She commenced work for Lismore Challenge / Multitask in 2005 and has in depth knowledge of the organisation.  She has worked in a variety of roles including, payroll, accounts and software implementation.

“Over the last seven years Jody has been employed as the Finance Manager and member of the Senior Management team. During this time, was appointed to Acting CEO when Graham Mapstone was ever on leave. Jody is familiar with all facets of the services and I believe undoubtedly that she will work well with clients, families and stakeholders.

“Jody has a thorough understanding of both the complex issues we have faced in the past and where we are headed in the future. When the NDIS rolls out across Australia there will be many challenges we will face as an organisation but with it will bring greater opportunity, flexibility and choice to our clients. We look forward to working closely with Jody as she leads into the organisation through this next phase of great change that is coming.

“On behalf of the entire Board, I would like to thank Graham for his dedication and leadership over the last 7 years and wish him well with his next steps.”
